Join 50 minute sessions every Tuesday night that can be easily scheduled through our on-line booking system. Access to the booking system will be provided upon sign-up. Sessions can be booked on-line for:

Time/s: 5:00-8:00pm
*Price: $99.00 a month (sign up agrees to auto-pay each month) or $20.00 drop-in session
B.A.S.H. Hitting - Balance - Approach - Systematic - Head
- Sessions will focus on the physical absolutes, the right approach, being systematic in preparation and repetitions, and being in the right head space to compete at the plate.
A.B.L.E. Infield - Active - Below - Level - Effort
- Sessions will focus on mechanics of active footwork, ground up/below the ball, late eye contact and principles of quick feet, slow hands, quiet head.
8x12 Pitching/Throwing/Arm Care Program
- Sessions will have a 12-month approach to pitching, throwing & arm care with a system of 8 week blocks for Recovery, Rebuild & Ramp Up and 12 week blocks for in season Preservation, Protection & Progression.
C-Block Catching
- Sessions will focus on all things catching from receiving, blocking, footwork, throwing and field leadership.
Play All 9 Workshops
- Sessions will be speaking engagements focusing on game situational awareness, sports psychology, positive self-talk and other topics utilizing our class/media room.
P5 Fitness (P to the 5th power) - Principle - Purpose - Preparation - Perfection - Persistence
- Sessions will focus on strength, speed & agilities to make players well-rounded athletes. Yoga sessions will be offered in addition to SSA classes. We will stress being committed to the concepts of P to the 5th power.
